*Job Summary*
This services sales professional is responsible for Sun's Support Services (SS) which include current Managed Services (MS) and Learning Services (LS) revenue achievement covering entire PRC territory.
This is a manager position with a team of SS account sales across 4 major cities of PRC & a group of tele-sales professionals on the execution of relevant sales activities. Coverage could be "direct" with end user or "indirect" via authorized sales partners.
SS LOB (line of business) include upsell \@POS, contract renewal, ad-hoc time & material.
MS LOB include Sun branded Managed Operations (MO), on-site engineering insourcing, preventive support etc
LS LOB include standard Sun learning class, customized training
In addition, this individual will leverage other pre-post sales colleagues for co-selling, i.e. account sales rep, PS engagement managers and services account managers.
Performance of the individual is measured by revenue and booking, in addition to KPI's such as margins, POS services attachment rate, discount control, renewal success on-time renewal rate and selling partner management.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage pipeline, sales linearity and margin discount
- Manage sales performance of supporting tele-sales individuals
- Collaborate with services alliance manager to ensure quality 3rd party services delivery
- Leverage marketing for MS offering market awareness and lead generation
- Enable and empower internal and partners sales to co-sales SS/LS
Required skills:
- In depth knowledge of end-user data center operations requirements
- Mastery of large-group presentation in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Track record as a sales professional of similar products from major IT vendor
- University degree or equivalent
- At least 8 years experience serving major accounts and personal relationship
- Good listening skills and attention to details
1. With full knowledge of the IT Learning Services (LS) and proven good sales track record.
2. Ability to demonstrate SUN's value proposition to resellers, SIs and customers.
3. Must have good connections with channels of LS.
4. Good presentation skills.
5. Be able to multitask and work under pressure; be able to meet tight deadlines.
6. Present a professional image inside and outside of the organization.
7. Must be trusthworthy with a high level of integrity.
8. Persistently demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward the company.
9. At least over 8 years sales working experience in LS.
10. Bachelor degree, preferred computer science and related to.
