Global service contract management to generate revenue :

1. Ensure all global contracts transactional and coordination tasks such as quoting, booking, amendment and renewal are performed in accordance with the global service contract SLA and the local contract administration SLA's.
2. Ensure data accuracy with full validation of appropriate approvals and documentation.
3. To coordinate enquiries, collect and clarify information related to global contracts.
4. To ensure invoice and credit management in accordance to the policy and rules.
5. To ensure T&M orders are invoiced timely and accurately.
6. Coordination of (global) warranty registration activities.
7.To build fundamental knowledge about Sun's internal processes, tools and functions in order to optimize SLA's and processes according to the Sun Policy, Sox Rules and Export compliance.




Reporting and Database Management :

1. To provide actual and customized reports.Make recommendations around reporting results for improvements and process adjustments.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills
---------------------------

In depth knowledge and experience of customer service skills,system knowledge and processes.
3-5 years experience in a similar role.
Highly customer and service oriented.
Knowledge of Oracle ERP system an advantage.
Ability to multi-task and meticulous.
Capable of achieving SCO goals and objectives set.
Experienced in working with SLA's, scorecards and other success measures.
Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
Good working experience in a cross-cultural environment.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Excellent teamwork and professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Success measured by:

Relevant customer scorecards (SLA).
VOC input from global teams and other internal customers.
Error free data log.
Ability to prevent backlog at quarter end.
Cooperation with Sales and other Stakeholders.
