Summary : Responsible for developing and implementing account management program for
customers in assigned region in retaining customers,in achieving customer
satisfaction target and in meeting our contract obligations.Develop
business relationship with major/emerging major customers through
understanding customer requirements/developing solutions/promoting
Enterprise Services offerings to satisfy the needs

: MAJOR ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers with the aim
to retain customers to use our services
- Initiate the service contract renewal process.Seek assistance from sales
in closing if needed
- Implement assigned account management related service programs to ensure
meeting our contractual obligations
- Ensure account support plans for assigned territory are developed and
implemented.Assist/Advise account engineers in developing and
implementing account support plans
- Achieve customer satisfaction target for assigned territory and
implement programs to address customer satisfaction issues.Work closely
with sales/technical resources in addressing customer satisfaction
issues
- Support and implement HQ customer satisfaction programs
- Develop customer coverage plan to cover major,emerging,and general
customers
- Provide day to day account coverage to assigned customer
- Idetify service needs of major customers
- Recommend/develop solutions/projects to satisfy the service needs
- Push Enterprise Services offerings to assigned territory
- Work with sales/technical resources in closing recommendations

DECISION / IMPACT :

Make decision and recommendations governed by general Enterprise Services
policy guidelines and other functions.Erroneous decisions or
recommendations or failure to get results would normally result in
serious customer dissatisfaction and considerable expenditure of time and
resources

EXTERNAL/INTERNAL INTERFACE :
=============================
Proven ability to interface and co-ordinate work with internal
departments,enterprise customers,distributors and third party vendors at
all levels.Job requires resourcefulness,tact,good communication and
presentation skills,and a sound knowledge of business and IT management
practices and mission critical business computing.A sound knowledge of
UNIX and networking would be considered a strong advantage

QUALIFICATIONS :
================
- Bachelor in CS or IT management areas
- 5 years experience in mission critical IT or business management
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and strong stress management skills
