Summary
|
: |
Software Project Manager responsible for definition, scoping of tasks, execution and product rollout of multiple software projects.
Software projects are both internally developed and leveraged OEM/co-developed projects.
The Project Manager works closely with the various product team functions for establishing product plans and schedules; works closely with third party companies that provide code deliverables; drives engineering teams toward execution on agreed delivery dates and project milestones; utilizes standard software development methodology which includes source control, specs, code review, unit level testing, release mechanisms and SQA; and ensures all engineering deliverables are in sync with product program managers.
The Project Manager must have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and priorities at once and be able to operate independently and problem solve product development issues.

Driving the software development programs
Integrating efforts of all relevant stakeholders
Achieving product program goals
Risk assessment and management
Defining critical path risks
Developing proactive and reactive measures to mitigate risks
Developing and maintaining realistic product schedules
Tracking and reporting relevant metrics
Assessing and integrating product requirements
Participation Meeting : Staff, Eng, Project, CCB, Core
QUALIFICATIONS :

3 + years of software project management experience
Strong project management skills
Member of a professional project body (PMP) is preferred
Extensive experience and familiarity with the software development life cycle (Versed in Agile with Scrum methodology a plus)
Working Experience under international environment
Outstanding communication skill
Outstanding influence skill
Excellent problem solving skills
Self starter, highly motivated, minimal supervision required
Experience with and disposition to working in a team setting
Openness to flexible work schedule
BS degree, MS preferred.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
