Summary

: |
* Conduct in-depth analysis (including correlation analysis) of worldwide supply chain management processes, for management decision making and performance improvement, by applying the state of the art data mining and statistical analysis techniques.
* Publish daily/weekly/quarterly performance reports. Develop and implement customer fulfillment performance metrics to improve customer experience.
* Be a part of various cross functional teams for performance improvement activities, change management and communications.
* Coordinate/answer ad hoc requests from business owners and senior management, and present findings to stakeholders at various levels.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Essential to this role is the mastery of statistical and other mathematical analysis/presentation techniques and tools, including Statistical Process Control (SPC), regression/correlation analysis.
Excellent analytical capability, data mining skills, presentation skills, ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced business environment with cross functional teams, and ability to make/produce compelling executive reports and presentations.
Also required: Excellent knowledge and experience in using databases and tools for data collection/extraction, e.g., SQL, Brio, and Oracles databases. Good spreadsheet & mathematical modeling skills.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
Supplier quality and management, Manufacturing.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE:
Metric and dashboard development and management. Mathematical modeling in supply chain management. Six Sigma experience. Knowledge/experience in supply chain management processes.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
3+
MINIMUM LEVEL OF EDUCATION:
BS/BA or equivalent, Master degree or higher is a plus.
