Summary : This individual reports to the Strategic Sourcing Manager within Procurement & Operations Strategy in Supplier Management. Over time this individual will becme the regional content expert with our Procurement & Operational Strategy organization. Key responsibilities include development, implementation, continuous improvement and ownership of key supplier management initiatives, tools, and processes.
Essential Functions

* Experience facilitating multiple projects simultaneously.
* Business/strategic acumen.
* Scorecarding & QMR processes.
* 6 Sigma tools

* Sourcing and procurement knowledge
* Project management skills
* Ability to influence all levels of the organization
* Ability to master ambiguity and rigors of change management
* Ability to quickly establish credibility with Sun stakeholders
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple assignments, and be
held fully accountable for deliverables and decisions
